Day 01 : Arrival Mumbai
|
|
Arrive Mumbai, 'Commercial Capital city' of India, where you are greeted with a
traditional Indian welcome on arrival at the airport and escorted to the hotel.
After check in at hotel our representative will explain you the travel plan and
hand over the essential travel documents to you. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Mumbai
|
|
Morning visit Gateway of India & Elephanta caves by cruise. Located about 10
Kms. from the Gateway of India or 9 nautical miles into the sea. The entire cave
temple complex covers an area of about 60,000 square feet and it consists of a
main chamber and two lateral ones, courtyards and several subsidiary shrines.
Later visit Prince on Wales Museum- The museum was set up in the beginning of
the 20th century to honor the visit of King George V's to India, while he was
still the Prince of Wales. Mani Bhawan- Mani Bhavan is a veritable memoir of
Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. Also known as Gandhi Museum, Mani
Bhavan served as the residence of the great freedom fighter of India between
1917 and 1934. Dhobi Ghat- Dhobi Ghat is among the exciting places to see in
Mumbai. It is 136-year old Dhobi Ghat and may be called the biggest human

Day 03 : Mumbai – Delhi (By Flight) |
|
Morning transfer to airport to board on flight to Delhi. On arrival transfer to
hotel. Rest of day free for own activity. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Delhi
|
Morning start full day guided city tour. Start from Old Delhi.Visit Raj Ghat
which is Mahatma Gandhi’s Memorial, followed by photo stop at Red Fort. Red
Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan,Jama Masjid, one of the largest
Mosque of India. Here you will enjoy Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride. The pleasure
associated with the rickshaw ride here is ultimate. The rickshaw pullers here
take you on a ride through various routes, offering you a different experience
all together.
In the afternoon you will visit New Delhi. Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu
Temple, The impressive Qutub Minar, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199 from sandstone and marble, Humayun's Tomb,
memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. The complex is a
World Heritage Site & the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in
India. India Gate (War Memorial Arch) and drive past the President's House,

Day 05 : Delhi –Sikandra - Agra ( 200kms) |
Morning drive to Agra. On the way you will visit Sikandra. Mughal ruler Akbar's
tomb. On arrival check in at hotel.
After wash & change at hotel guided sightseeing tour of Agra city. Start with
the Monument of Love Taj Mahal, The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built this lovely
dream in white marble as a tomb for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, later he was also
buried alongside his wife in the same tomb. It took 20,000 workers to complete
this monument in a period of 22 years. Later visit other spots of this great
city.. The tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah - This tomb was personally designed by
Itmad-Ud-Daulah in the Charbagh architectural style. The inlay work and
intricate patterns on the walls of the tomb have a common theme depicting a wine
flask with snakes for handles. At the end visit Great Red Fort of Agra. Evening

Day : 06- Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (235kms)
|
|
Morning drive to Jaipur on the way visit Fatehpur Sikri. (Ghost Capital), the
political capital of India's Mughal Empire under Akbar's reign, from the year
1571 until 1585, when it was abandoned, ostensibly due to lack of water. Further
drive to Jaipur, The “Pink city”. Jaipur is the capital of the Indian state of
Rajasthan, famous for forts, palaces, lakes, sand and colorful culture. On
arrival check in at hotel. Rest of day free. Overnight at Hotel. |

Day 07 : Jaipur
|
Morning start guided sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Start with Amber Fort. Here you
will enjoy an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an
overwhelming experience. Later we visit the City Palace, a perfect blend of
Rajasthani & Mughal architecture. Further we visit Jantar Mantar (Solar
Observatory), an astronomical treasure house, with solar devices that give
accurate predictions till date. We also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a
five-storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 so that
veiled royal women could peer down the busy street market unseen by the world
through its 593 stone Jharokas (mini windows). Evening at leisure to explore the
colorful markets of the pink city. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 : Jaipur – Udaipur (405kms) |
Morning drive to Udaipur. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free. Overnight

Day 09 : Udaipur |
Morning start guided sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Start with City Palace. City
Palace - Udaipur's fascinating City Palace is the largest royal complex in
Rajasthan with a wonderful view of the lake and the city. Sahelion Ki Bari - The
"garden of the maids of honour", Sahelion-ki-Bari was designed and laid out
early in the eighteenth century as a retreat for ladies of the royal household
to spend their time in leisure. Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandir - Is home to an
attractive collection of folk dresses, puppets, ornaments, folk musical
instruments and paintings. The museum is the best place for those interested in
puppetry. Bagore ki Haveli - There is a very congenial old building built right
on the waterfront of Lake Pichola. Evening enjoy boat ride at lake Pichola.

Day 10 : Udaipur – Mount Abu (185Kms/4Hrs)
|
Morning drive to Mount Abu. On arrival check in at hotel. In the afternoon visit
Dilwara Jain Temple. The Temple complex includes two temples with exquisite
marble carvings. The older of the temples is the Vimal Vasahi, built in 1031 by
a Gujrati minister named Vimal. It is dedicated to the first tirthankar (Jain
Teacher), Adinath. Evening one can enjoy boating at Nakki Lake. Overnight at

Day 11 : Mount Abu -Ahmedabad (225kms)
|
Breakfast at hotel and drive to Ahmedabad. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Rest

Day 12 : Ahmedabad
|
Morning city tour of Ahmedabad. Ahemadabad contains some very fine museums, the
Calico museum of textile being considered one the worlds fines. This walled city
is testimony to India's crafts. Visit Sabarmati Ashram -Founded by Mahatma
Gandhi in 1915, during the lifetime of Mahatma Gandhi it was known as Satyagraha
Ashram and was the centre of the struggle for Independence. also visit famous
ancient wooden Jain temples, shaking minarets, Jumma Masjid and modern
architectural design buildings. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 13 : Ahmedabad – Bhuj (245kms) |
Morning drive to Bhuj. On arrival check in at hotel. In the afternoon visit Aina
Mahal or the Palace of Mirrors (Old Palace), surrounded by a small, fortified
courtyard built in the 18th century, is located in the old part of the city.
Near the Aina Mahal, is the Prag Mahal (New Palace), which was built in the
latter half of the 19th century. The Kutch Museum, formerly known as the
Ferguson Museum (named after its founder Sir James Ferguson, Governor of Mumbai
during the rule of the British), was built in 1877 and has a good collection of
artifacts, depicting the history and culture of Bhuj and its surroundings.

Day 14- Bhuj –Excursion o Rann of Kutch |
Morning day excursion to Rann of Kutch. Rann of Kutch is an unusual marshland
spanning an area of approximately 10,000 sq. km and separating Gujarat from the
Sind region in Pakistan. It is also Home to the Asiatic Wild Ass - unique to
this region and A remarkably barren region housing 18 different tribes. Also its
famous for Exquisite sarees, embroidery, ornaments , Folk Arts Museum. One can
enjoy safari in Rann of Kutch by paying extra amount. Evening return to hotel.

Day 15- Bhuj – Rajkot (216Kms) |
Morning drive to Rajkot. On arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon city tour
covering Kaba Gandhi Delo - Gandhiji's ancestral home, Watson Museum & library
located in the pleasant Jubilee garden, Lal Pari Lake & Randerda - a picturesque

Day 16- Rajkot – Junagarh (105Kms)

Morning drive to Junagadh. On arrival check in at hotel. Junagarh - An ancient
fortified city rich in Myth & Legend. Visit Uparkot Fort - famous for its

Emperor Ashoka, Damodar Kund - A sacred tank. Overnight at hotel.

Day 17 - Junagarh – Somnath (80Kms) |
Morning proceed to Somnath enroute visiting Veraval - one of the India's major
fishing ports. Visit Bhalkeshwar temple and Bhid Bhanjan Mandir. In Somnath
visit the seat of the twelve most sacred "Jyotirlingas" of Lord Shiva. on

Day 18- Somnath – Palitana (265Kms)
|
Morning drive to Palitana. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Afternoon city tour.
Palitana is a gateway to Shatrunjaya, the Place of Victory. It is famous as one
of Jainism's holiest pilgrimage places. The climb up 2 kms to the hill will lead
you into 863 different Jain temples built over a period of 900 years. The most
important temple is dedicated to Sri Adhiswara, the first tirthankar a Jain
Founder) Nearby is the uslim shrine of Angar pi. Childless women come here and
make offering of miniature cradles at this shrine to become mothers. Overnight

Day 19- Palitana - Bhavnagar (65Kms) |
Morning drive to Bhavnagar. Arrive and check in at hotel. Afternoon city tour.
Bhavnagar was once a Princely State, was founded in 1743 is now a flourishing
port of Khambat. This city is famous for sacred Shatrunjaya hills, Takhteswar
temple situated on hilltop and Gaurshankar lake. Overnight at hotel. |
