Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 02: Explore Delhi

Start your exploration of the capital city with a full-day tour of Old and New Delhi:

  • Raj Ghat: Pay homage at the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, marking the site of his cremation.
  • Red Fort: Explore the magnificent 17th-century fort, a symbol of Mughal grandeur built by Emperor Shah Jahan.
  • Jama Masjid: Visit India's largest mosque, built by Shah Jahan, and marvel at its architectural splendor.
  • Chandni Chowk: Take a cycle rickshaw ride through the bustling alleys of this famous market and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere.

Day 03: Delhi - Haridwar

After breakfast, depart for Haridwar, a sacred city on the banks of the Ganges.

  • Mansa Devi Temple: Visit this hilltop temple, accessible by cable car, dedicated to Goddess Mansa Devi.
  • In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. The Ganga Aarti is a prayer ceremony that reveres the River Ganga, considered the lifeblood and spiritual symbol of India.
  • Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 04: Haridwar -Barkot (via Mussoorie) :

  • After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Barkot, passing through Mussoorie. Enroute, stop at Kempty Falls for a refreshing break.
  • On arrival in Barkot, check in to your hotel and relax.
  • Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 05: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

Start early and drive to Jankichatti, the base for your trek to Yamunotri.

  • Trek (6 km) to Yamunotri Temple, where you can bathe in the sacred Jamunabai Kund (hot springs) and visit Divya Shila.
  • After your pilgrimage, return to Jankichatti and drive back to Barkot.

Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 06: Barkot - Harsil

After breakfast, drive to the peaceful village of Harsil.

  • En route, visit Shiv Gufa (Prakteshwar Cave) before continuing to Harsil.
  • Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and later explore the picturesque Harsil Valley and Bhairo Ghati.

Overnight stay in Harsil.

Day 07: Harsil – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Depart early for Gangotri, where you can take a holy dip in the Ganges at its source, Bhagirathi River.

  • Visit the sacred Gangotri Temple and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including Surya Kund.
  • Later, drive to Uttarkashi and check in to your hotel.

Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 08: Uttarkashi - Guptkashi

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Guptkashi, following the banks of the Mandakini River.

  • Visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple before checking in to your hotel.
  • Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 09: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (via Gaurikund)

Begin your day with a shared taxi ride to Gaurikund, where your trek to Kedarnath begins (14 km).

  • If available, take a helicopter to Kedarnath, otherwise, trek or hire a pony/doli to reach the shrine.
  • Visit the Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, set against the majestic backdrop of the Himalayas.
  • Overnight stay in Kedarnath (Govt. Camps/Lodges or Tents).

Day 11: Badrinath

Start your day with a visit to the sacred Badrinath Temple for morning prayers.

  • Take a dip in the Tapt Kund (hot springs) before your darshan of Badrinath Ji, Kuber Ji, Hanuman Ji, and Laxmi Ji.
  • Later, explore Mana Village, the last Indian village before Tibet, and visit the Bhim Pul and Vyas Gufa.
  • Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 12: Badrinath - Rishikesh

After breakfast, drive to the spiritual town of Rishikesh, set along the banks of the Ganges and surrounded by the Shivalik Hills.

Day 13: Rishikesh -- Delhi

After breakfast, explore Rishikesh:

  • Lakshman Jhula: Walk across this iconic suspension bridge built in 1939.
  • Ram Jhula: Another famous suspension bridge over the Ganges, built in 1986.
  • Optionally, enjoy river rafting on the Ganges (subject to availability).
  • After sightseeing, drive back to Delhi.
  • Overnight stay in Delhi.
