Day 01 : Arrival Delhi |
|
|
Arrive New Delhi, India’s Capital, where you are greeted with a traditional
Indian welcome on arrival at the airport and escorted to the hotel. After check
in at hotel our representative will explain you the travel plan and hand over
the essential travel documents to you. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 02 : Delhi |
|
Morning start full day guided city tour. Start from Old Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat
which is Mahatma Gandhi’s Memorial, followed by photo stop at Red Fort. Red
Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest
Mosque of India. Here you will enjoy Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride. The pleasure
associated with the rickshaw ride here is ultimate. The rickshaw pullers here
take you on a ride through various routes, offering you a different experience
all together.
In the afternoon you will visit New Delhi The impressive Qutub Minar, listed as
a UNESCO World Heritage Site. built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199 from sandstone
and marble, Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the
year 1562. The complex is a World Heritage Site & the first example of this type
of Mughal architecture in India. India Gate (War Memorial Arch) and drive past
the President's House, Parliament House and Connaught Place shopping centre.

Day 03 : Delhi - Haridwar (By Train)
|
|
Morning transfer to railway station to board on train to haridwar. Haridwar is
the gateway to the four pilgrimages in the Uttrakhand region. It is located on
the banks of River Ganga. On arrival check in at hotel.
After wash and change at hotel visit temples. Evening enjoy Arti at Har Ki Pauri
- one of the most sacred Ghat in India, and watch the tiny earthen oil lamps
drift down the Ganges in a display of myriad flickering lights. It is said that
all the sins that a mortal commits are washed out by bathing at this river-bank.
The ambience of Hari-ki-Pauri brings upon a sense of clam on you. Overnight at

Day 04 : Haridwar - Barkot (230Kms) |
Morning drive to Barkot. It is a very scenic mountain route enroute visit Kempty
Falls- Surrounded by high mountain ranges and located at a high altitude of 4500
feet, the falls offer a breathtaking view as the water falling down from a high
altitude of 40 feet splits further into five more streams. Continue drive to
Barkot. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Evening free. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05 - Barkot - Hanuman Chatti - Yamunotri - Barkot (Drive 32kms,Trek 14Kms
round) |
Morning drive to Hanuman Chatti to start your journey to Yamunotri - situated at
an elevation of about 3,235 m is a point of paramount religious importance for
Hindus and an essential pilgrimage. On arrival visit temple and hot |

water springs. Near the temple "Pooja" can be offered at Divya Shila (A Rock
Pillar), after taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's warm water and paying tribute to
"Yamunaji". After offering prayers at the shrine, return to Hanumanchatti, and
further back to Barkot. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 06 - Barkot - Uttarkashi (152Kms)
|
|
Morning drive to Uttarkashi, Uttarkashi - situated at an elevation of 1158
meters, the picturesque town of Uttarkashi is nestled on the bank of river
Bhagirathi. Uttarkashi is home to a many ashrams and temples, and the Nehru
Institute of Mountaineering. It is the land of holiest of pilgrimages of Hindus,
the Gangotri and Yamunotri - within the bounds of its land the two holiest
rivers of India, Ganga and Yamuna originate. Upon arrival check in at hotel.
Evening free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 07- Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100Kms) |
Morning drive to Gangotri en-route visit Gangnani, a hot water spring. Upon
arrival visit temple. After offering prayers at the shrine and pooja darshan,
drive back to Uttarkashi. Evening free to explore some of the breathtaking views
of the beautiful valley. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Uttarkashi - Guptkashi (283kms) |
Morning drive to Guptkashi, enroute visit Srinagar - the heritage city of Tehri.
Continue drive to Guptkashi - situated at an elevation of 1319 meters. This
windswept mountain has a number of famous temples. On arrival, check-in at
hotel. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 09: Guptkashi - Gaurikund - Kedarnath (Drive 32kms, Trek 14kms) |
Morning drive to Gaurikund, trek start from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (3584 mts.)
on foot or on by pony. On arrival check in at hotel.

|
After wash and change at hotel visit Kedarnath Temple & Adi Shankaracharya
Samadhi. Rest of the day free to explore the breath taking view of Himalaya.

Day 10: Kedarnath - Gaurikund - Guptkashi (Trek 14kms, Drive 32kms) |
Morning down to Gaurikund. Later drive to Guptkashi. On arrival check in at
hotel. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 11: Guptkashi - Joshimath (175kms) |
Morning drive to Joshimath enroute visit Chopta - famous for beautiful forest
with medicinal plants, affording plentiful views of the Himalayas. On arrival
check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 12: Joshimath - Badrinath - Joshimath (90kms) |
Morning visit Badrinath temple and pay your respects at the shrine. Attend the
pooja ceremony see how the local rituals are performed at the temple. After
darshan (visit to a holy place), enjoy the spine of Himalayas canvassing the
horizon, and breathe in the divine ambience of Badrinath. Also visit Mana
village - the last village before the Tibet Border. Late return back to
Joshimath. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 13: Joshimath - Deoprayag - Haridwar (274kms) |
An early morning drive to Haridwar enroute visit Deoprayag - the confluence of
rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, to become Ganga. On arrival check in at hotel.

Day 14: Haridwar - Delhi ( By Train) |
Morning transfer to railway station to board on train to Delhi. On arrival
transfer to International airport to board on flight for onward destination. |
